1. Introduction

Welcome to Telico. By accessing or using our wholesale voice infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Telico provides wholesale voice termination, interconnect services, and related telecommunications infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Unsolicited marketing calls (spam)
  • Any purpose that violates local or international laws
  • Activities that could harm our network or reputation

4. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.95% platform uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

All services are provided on a prepaid or credit-approved basis. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business information shared during the course of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Telico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Telico reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms or acceptable use policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
